We ship your order after receipt of payment. During checkout it is possible to enter a different delivery address.
Within the Netherlands, the following rates apply
For parcels you have two options:
1) DHL, delivery takes 1 workday. Shipping cost is € 4,95.
2) DHL parcelshop, 1 workday. Shipping cost is € 3,95
Letterbox mail is shipped with PostNL, delivery takes 1 or 2 workdays, costs are € 2.95. You will not receive a track and trace number. We are not responsible for addresses given incorrectly by the customer.
The delivery times mentioned above apply only to products in stock. For some products there may be a longer delivery time. If so, it will be stated with the product. Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders of an amount of € 125 or more excluding shipping cost. If an order is not received, please contact us. Packages destined outside the Netherlands are sent by DHL and PostNL.

For other countries outside of Europe DHL offers no track & trace service.
Delivery time in Europe is 4 to 7 working days, outside Europe, depending on destination, between 5 and 15 working days. Outside the European Union it is possible that additional local taxes must be paid. Knuffels à la carte is not responsible for those costs. These are for your own account.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may, within 14 days of receiving your purchase, return it by using the following procedure:
1) Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly state your name, address, order number, bank details.
2) The product has to be free of any marks that indicate that the product is used, or a defective product packaging (not the shipping box/ envelope)
3) You then return your purchase within 3 days of notification to: Returns Knuffels à la carte. Frederik van Eedenweg 50, 1349 CN Almere, the Netherlands.
4) Clearly state your name/address as the sender and keep your proof of shipment. Lost returns will not be refunded.
5) Once we have received the returned package in good condition, we will refund the amount within a few days to your account.
6) The return shipping cost is for your own account. Please note that returns that are insufficiently stamped, will not be processed.
7) In case of any marks on a product that indicate that the product is used, or a defective product packaging (not the shipping box/ envelope),the purchase is not refundable.
