All prices are in Euros, including 21% VAT (the USD converter button can be used to see our prices in USD), shipping is charged additionally. We ship your order after receipt of payment. After 5 days, if we still haven’t received payment, we will cancel the order. If a particular item is not in stock, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. We will inform you when an item is back in stock.

TAX-Free
Outside the EU we invoice without VAT. The 21% VAT will be deducted automatically when you select the shipping country in our check out.

Shipping
We ship your order after receipt of payment. During checkout it is possible to enter a different delivery address. 

Within the Netherlands, the following rates apply
For parcels you have two options:

1) DHL, delivery takes 1 workday. Shipping cost is € 4,95.   
2) DHL parcelshop, 1 workday. Shipping cost is  € 3,95

 

The delivery times mentioned above apply only to products in stock. For some products there may be a longer delivery time. If so, it will be stated with the product. Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders of an amount of € 125 or more excluding shipping cost. If an order is not received, please contact us. We can inquire with PostNL and/or DHL for you to find out where your parcel could be. Knuffels à la carte is not responsible for delays due to circumstances nor for any delays of PostNL or DHL. 
We are also not responsible for addresses given incorrectly by the customer. If you choose a parcel shop and do not pick up the parcel, the shipping costs will be for your account.

 

Shipping abroad

Because of COVID-19, shipping costs to a number of countries may have been  increased.


Packages destined outside the Netherlands are sent with DHL and PostNL.  

Outside the Netherlands, the following rates apply if you choose to send your order without a track & trace number is Knuffels à la carte is not liable for lost packets. If an order is not received, please contact us. We can inquire  PostNL and/or DHL for you to find out where your parcel could be. Knuffels à la carte is not liable for delays due to circumstances nor for any delays of PostNL or DHL.

For other countries outside of Europe DHL offers no track & trace service.
 
Delivery time in Europe is 4 to 7 working days, outside Europe, depending on destination, between 5 and 15 working days. Outside the European Union it is possible that additional local taxes must be paid. Knuffels à la carte is not responsible for those costs. These are for your own account.

Absence / Holiday Knuffels à la carte 
It can sometimes happen Knuffels à la carte is on holiday. If so, then this will be clearly stated on our homepage. During this period, orders are processed but shipping will take place afterwards.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may, within 14 days of receiving your purchase, return it by using the following procedure: 

1) Send an e-mail to [email protected], clearly state your name, address, order number, bank details.
2) The product has to be free of any marks that indicate that the product is used, or a defective product packaging (not the shipping box/ envelope) 
3) You then return your purchase within 3 days of notification to: Returns Knuffels à la carte. Frederik van Eedenweg 50, 1349 CN, the Netherlands.
4) Clearly state your name/address as the sender and keep your proof of shipment. Lost returns will not be refunded.
5) Once we have received the returned package in good condition, we will refund the amount within a few days to your account.
6) The return shipping cost is for your own account. Please note that returns that are insufficiently stamped, will not be processed.
7) In case of any marks on a product that indicate that the product is used, or a defective product packaging (not the shipping box/ envelope),the purchase is not refundable.
