Knuffels à la carte does not ask for ages. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents are involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent data from being collected about children without parental permission. Knuffels à la carte processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long do we store personal data?

Knuffels à la carte will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.  This includes the fiscal retention obligation. This means that every entrepreneur is legally obliged to keep his records for 7 years.  Your anonymous data stored in Google Analytics will be stored for 14 months.  

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Knuffels à la carte does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, or in order to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Knuffels à la carte remains responsible for these operations.

Newsletters:

You can subscribe to our newsletter on our site and during the ordering process. If you do this, we will save your email address. We send our newsletters with MailChimp. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will provide your email address to MailChimp. We have signed a Data Processing Addendum with MailChimp to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

MailChimp never uses your email address for its own purposes and stores your email address securely. You can unsubscribe at any time for our newsletter. After this you will no longer receive a newsletter from us.

Webshop platform

The web shopping platform we use is Lightspeed. We have signed a processing agreement with Lightspeed.
